The Gurukul
Interior design is the blend of artistic and scientific principles aimed at improving the indoor and, at times, outdoor spaces within a structure to create a more appealing and healthier environment.
Project Overview
A flexible training and meeting space rooted in the Gurukul philosophy. Built for learning, adaptability, and structured growth, blending tradition with modern design solutions.
Finance demands knowledge, discipline, and structure, and the client needed a space that could train their workforce with these values at its core. We created The Gurukul, a 3,600 sqft multipurpose space designed for structured learning and adaptability.
Built to host town halls, boardroom discussions, and simultaneous group sessions, it draws from the ancient Indian education model while integrating contemporary needs. Smart zoning, modular flexibility, and carefully chosen materials made this space a functional yet inspiring learning environment. The success of this design led to a second Gurukul being commissioned at another location.
A modular, adaptable learning space inspired by ancient Indian educational systems.
